Management. The management is probable the worst I have experienced. They get mad if you try to have work life balance, they post a bunch of rules that are impossible to follow. They increase our work load but not the personnel requirement, so our workload is impossible to complete in a day. Management is never around. The supervisors are never involved, and they are not an advocate to their employees. They are losing good people because they won't help us and won't advocate for us. They are swirling the toilet bowl and sooner or later they will implode because they refuse to hire anyone decent, and they won't ask for help. They did satisfactory surveys, and we scored a 0%. and the supervisors said "well that sucks, get used to it". They are so useless.
