- Management to do help to build up your career. - When voice up for the promotion to your superior, he will mention that company can survive without you. - The promotion is totally REGARDLESS about your performance but about how long you had joined. - The working hour from 8am-5pm. At first, your superior will mention in front of his team's members that working hour is flexible. But to him, if you are the senior people, then it is not apply to you even you leave at 5:15pm, he will still said you go back to early. He can back before 5pm, but to senior people is not allow to do so. - Your are enforced to join company activities that always fall on Saturday.

Actually the only good thing here is the benefits. If you want a house loan or car loan with staff rates in Sarawak then this is the place. Salary is always on time and you get all the medical and dental coverage. If you just want a stable life and you don't care about your career growing or being happy at work, then you will like it here.

Management is very old school and they don't want to take responsibility when things go wrong. If there is a problem they will always look for someone at the bottom to blame instead of fixing the issue. They say they use Agile but it is just a lie. It is actually just Waterfall broken into weeks so they can micromanage you more. Everything is top-down and you have no say in anything. ​The environment is not professional or comfortable at all. The office is always freezing cold and the chairs are not ergonomic so your back will hurt. They are always trying to cut costs on basic things you need for work. If you want to study or get a certificate you usually have to pay for it yourself because they won't help unless it is 100% for the company's value only. They are obsessed with KPI but the metrics are mostly about your work hours and sitting at your desk. If your division has bad leadership, you will suffer the most and they will even try to push you out if you feel depressed or burnt out because of their own bad planning.
