SALIX is an environment where people truly care about each other, about our customers, and about continuing to evolve both personally and professionally. • I enjoy working with a dedicated staff to accomplish significant goals and deliver incredible solutions for customers. • SALIX makes my work life easier by having personal relationships with each employee and innovating to reduce any unnecessary friction that makes my work harder than it needs to be. • I’m proud to work at SALIX because as we grow, SALIX focuses on promoting from within, and we have significant longevity in our staff.

SALIX does not do a good job of micromanaging employees. So if you need a lot of oversight to be successful, this would not be a great place for you.
