There was so many changes in management while I was there that nothing was ever consistent.
With the change of management, came a lot of favouritism.
The first year was pretty good, but the second half of my time there, I felt incredibly disrespected. If I could’ve voted 2.5 I would’ve, it’s a 3 for the first half and a 2 for the rest of the time.
