They will work you to death and expect you to work extra hours and weekends. New employees are forced to write positive reviews since the company reviews have been nothing but negative for years. Bad reviews were written by past employees who actually experienced the torture. There is no middle management and clearly two separate groups. Upper management who manage by fear and the hard working ones who are hoping for a raise or advancement. There is no diversity and HR will not go to bat for you.
