They lure people in the name of SAP. Have long 3 year roadmaps because they don’t want to develop anything. Not 10 but 20 years old code, architecture, attitude and work environment. Extreme micro management, older employees are totally out of date in technology. Behave as if they acquired SAP and do not want to follow SAP culture. No clue about Agile methodologies. Purposefully hide in job postings that the role is for Ariba and try to market it as SAP. UX is given least priority even when their current product has so much issues Leaving aside real work they only run behind futile patents, code-a-thons & social media to broadcast false impressions.
