Every year, company goes through re-org. New management has new idea about the history/legacy of the company and the products it has built. New Management comes and get their own staff from the company they were part of try to create bring in ideas which does not suite to the kind of products/work culture Ariba is know for. This creates to much anxiety, building confidence and work accordingly. Senior management thinks all the current employeees are stupid
