      They do offer good benefits and depending on the mgr usually allow to telecommute. Have some intelligent people on most of the teams.

      No work life balance. Management doesn't listen to employees feedback. HR doesn't help the employees with issues and strictly states the company line. Constantly trying to change things without giving anything a chance.
