Great people and supportive environment. While good work is important, the company also emphasizes personal interests and activities, supports the community with frequent paid service opportunities, and supports learning and growth activities to expand knowledge and experience. The products are top-notch and gaining more customers all the time. The (smaller) company environment is friendly and very collaborative. Can't say enough good things about the culture, environment, and people here.

Biggest downside for me is commuting to downtown Bellevue, but that is mitigated by a good work-from-home policy and a free bus pass for the days I do come in to the office. Benefits are competitive but not as strong as my previous company, with more out-of-pocket expenses for similar medical and dental benefits.
