At the beginning of the merge with SAP things went fine but after a year or so you could notice a switch to a big corporation philosophy. Processes are more bureaucratic and budgets are cut everywhere more and more in favor of stockholders profit. There are some bad managers that are hurting the morale and when feedback is provided they blame anybody but themselves. US leadership is controlling the show and regional management was cut out from decisions .
