Nice opportunities, lots of innovation from product, architecture, Presales and value engineering areas. Lots of online trainings and good options for onsite trainings. Good benefits and good friends, you just need to "not see" what's going on in the forecast or how are the sales people been traumatized. Sap have in Mexico the best Presales area/manager in LATAM.

In LATAM there must be strategical changes in the management board. The old SAP should come back as a value selling company. There is no leadership in sales areas, only managers with a whip. Lots of turn over and no long term relations or engagement with clients in the sales process, nor with the sales teams.
