The salary is good compared to the market, plus you have many other perks. It is a huge ship which is difficult to move, but not impossible. If you have the ambition and energy, you can accomplish great things. But nothing is delivered on a silver plate, you need to fight your way through to get there.

Many employees who have been working at SAP for a really long time (>20 years) so sometimes it is not very dynamic. Some of these people work the way we used to work 10 - 20 years ago. So sometimes it is challenging to innovate (talking about disruptive innovation) in such an environment.
