Free food and cab. SAP ARIBA has nothing good except this.

Legacy technology. Worst location and infrastructure both BTP and Sharda towers. Management and team is regional biased. All good and new tech work will be given to favourite employees and you will be working with old legacy technology. Legacy tech has no value and u will learn nothing. In Sharda towers specially, local regional language preferred people are sitting and who doesn't want to move or change. Team is not welcoming to Hindi/English speaking people. It is not the case in one team only but I found this issue with most teams. I have never seen this type of culture in all my career in Bangalore. Ariba is ruining the work culture ethics.

The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
