Low salaries. New hires usually start making more money than you. The annual salary review is a joke. Barely any training on the activities you have to deliver and no time offered for personal training. You are expected to behave as an expert when being alone with the customer no matter your experience.

We have a compensation review cycle that gets underway in Quarter One every year. As part of that compensation cycle, managers allocate the merit budget assigned to them (which is based on the performance of the company, team and on an individual level) to reward employees. The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Svantaggi

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
