      This used to be a great company.

      There are no effective systems in place to address bullying, harassment or discrimination. A number of people I know directly have been terminated without reason over whistleblowing concerns or as retaliation for raising legitimate concerns. Additionally, another who have been targeted have been moved to the direct reporting line of a manager they had an active HR complaint against. Many colleagues who have been with the company for years as high performers are now leaving due to this and other management issues.

We have a number of resources and channels available to employees to have a confidential discussion when experiencing issues. We’d really encourage you to avail of our resources to help address these issues and try to find a resolution. We do not take any forms of bullying, harassment, or discrimination lightly and SAP does have systems to address these topics. If you have reason to raise a complaint, we’d encourage you to use SAP’s internal channels, where the issue(s) you have raised will be reviewed and addressed thoroughly.

      I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

      No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
