SAP consulting services can not compete against other Service providers in the market when it comes to large scale projects. Management does not have a mid term and long term strategy for the consulting area. Management is mainly working with career changers on strategic positions which leads to a dramatic lack of Industry knowledge. Over the last 8 years the company achieved their economic targets just by cutting costs.
