Great company in term of benefits, salary and bonus are quiete good. A lot of source of information so you can get what you need in order to success in your career path.

Human Resourses department is inexistent. Once you passed the recruitment phase you are on your own. Management only focused in targets and not in people. Once a year after FKOM you don't know if you still have your position inside SAP so basically every year you need to move on in order to keep inside the company. This constant movement policy is not good as everything must restart every 12 months. This has its Price and is no cheap for the company. SAP also modify the region structure every 6 monts....3 regions, 4 regions, 5 regions, 3 regions again. Who is winning with this? Are they completely sure of what are they doing or they are just guessing?

I really liked my role at SAP. After being a cloud Customer Success Manager supporting strategic clients for several years, I moved into a group doing digital customer outreach including producing newsletters, release enablement, webcasts, documentation, event registrations, etc. Salary and bonuses were good, no complaints there.

No real cons for the job that I was in, except that our group was eliminated by the corporate restructuring and reduction in workforce in North America in 2025. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately we probably showed up on a restructuring spreadsheet somewhere and it was determined that our services were no longer needed. We off-boarded most of our work to other existing employees (who already had full time jobs), which felt unfair to them, but that is how it shook out.
