Lots of training available (new sales methodology every year) if you have time to take it. Solid brand recognition and looks good on the resume. Some exceptionally talented people. When they execute well the results are awesom.

Horrible comp plan, designed to drive top performers out and replace them with cheaper types. Worst CRM And Travel & Expense I have ever experienced. Stress to book deals and get paid commission in a timely manner are so bad as to deter closing business (not quite, but getting there). Way too much matrix management and German process engineering
