They have made some inroads into packaged business solutions for specifc industries such as banking and insurance, but they stil have some ground to cover. Great place to learn if you are willing to do it on your own.

Management is not in synch with corporate goals. Middle and senior managers tend to overly focus on their own team's objectives and expanding their teams, often at the expense of corporate objectives. There is a lack of real leadership in some areas and therefore silos abound and fleurish. Business solutions lack ease of use and documentation. The company lacks internal training programs. Consultants are pretty much left to learn on their own. Lastly, and unfortunately, if you are part of a minority group your chances of making it to middle management and actually keeping your job are very, very slim.
