There is federal government like atmosphere where longevity is rewarded over ingenuity or hard work. Nepotism and favoritism run rampant and are reflected in promotions and pay increases. Employees with children are given great work life balance often at the expense of coworkers who do not have a family. Large profits do not trickle down to employees.
