Better than average renumeration. Products are mostly respected by customers. Future Global shortage of data scientists/analysts in a booming data market should mean big things for SAS value props. Large on-prem customer base offers a lot of opportunity if company can organise its cloud offerings. Flexible work arrangements. Lots of talented dedicated technical staff.

Svantaggi

Very little upwards momentum in sales. Great company to work for for everyone but sales. Revolving door in sales team except for middle and upper management. Horrendous CRM forcing most teams from sales, marketing and management to be buried in disparate, daily excel spreadsheets for reporting and day to day activity.
