It is working to catch up to competitors in the market that have adapted quicker or came onto the scene with a foundation in open source, Gen AI, and affordable consumption-based pricing. SAS is expensive, Kubernetes is a challenge, services have difficulty coming in on time and meeting customer needs, they are also having a very difficult time securing new clients. Leadership while caring and good natured, doesn't seem to have a market strategy and is quick to give up on staff in greenfield territories.
