Dumb, Rude, arrogant staff and client, Don't know what professionalism is and how to run a company.

Many pros I want to mention from my experience with SAT Microsystems: - The company culture here was very collaborative and everyone was very passionate about the work they were doing. I felt like the company's mission and goals were clearly communicated and everyone was aligned towards achieving them. I appreciated the focus on employee development and the company's commitment to corporate social responsibility. Overall, I felt like the company values were aligned with my own and I enjoyed being a part of such a positive and dynamic culture. -I had a great experience working with the team at SAT. My colleagues were all very supportive and collaborative, and we worked well together to achieve our goals. I felt like I could rely on my team members to support me and offer assistance when needed, and I always felt like I could contribute my own ideas and skills to the team. There was a strong sense of teamwork and everyone was willing to pitch in and help out wherever needed. The team dynamic was very positive and I enjoyed being a part of it. -The management and leadership were very supportive and provided a lot of guidance and direction for my work. Managers were always available to answer questions and provide feedback, and they were always willing to take the time to discuss my career development and offer support and guidance. I felt like I was given the tools and resources I needed to succeed in my role, and I always felt like I had the support of my managers and the leadership team. I was very satisfied with the level of support and guidance I received from the management team.

I am not sure if it can be counted as a concern, but there might be more team-building activities and celebration of events.
