Would not Recommend - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service presso SB Simpson

Awful place to work. Pay is terrible, with little chance of a raise. I spoke with one coworker who had asked for a raise 4 years in a row, with no as the answer each time. They are well known for low wages. No HR department with a company who has 5 branches in Ontario. I experienced ableism, verbal aggression, and impatience from both management and coworkers. The manager is clearly VERY inexperienced and is completely mismanaging the branch. I witnessed, on several occasions, staff displaying prejudice comments towards the LGBT+ community. Not an inclusive environment. Would NOT recommend.
