Company openly shares personal information about staff to other members of staff. if they can not contact you on your work phone then they share your personal phone number to who ever is trying to contact you. They have you driving for over the legally permitted hours knowing you have to start work straight away then have to drive long hours again without a legal rest break. Logging onto site App is useless and causes more issues that add to the daily workload of having to call to a site that is miles out of your way to just go and sort that issue out. Management demand that certain sites get over the top attention just because they have a personal connection with someone at that site so you have to drop what you are doing and head over to those sites at all hours of the day and night, often made to work and drive in a 12-16 hour day being on a salary wage which equates to less than minimum wage for the hours you have to work. Head office have no organisation at all between them and theres a serious breakdown in communication between them all.
