Terrible feed back , pay mostly wrong. Do not recognise hard working staff , if you whistle blow on poor performance of others cleaners you are seen as a trouble maker, don’t pay sick even if you hurt back at work and worked there for over a year and a half dock your pay because they didn’t respond to a days holiday request 😡😡

I thought the staff on the ground were lovely and trying hard everyday

Senior management are awful don’t give proper instruction and then throw you under a bus when it suits. Not paying staff properly expecting loyalty when they are in meetings trashing the team.
