The team environment is very challenging to sustain for a longer period.
Low Skilled technical leads make it hard to work due to a lot of politics.

Management doesn't train you. I was not even allowed the opportunity to figure it out either before they laid me off. The guy who was supposed to train me didn't, and threw me under the bus when my progress was evaluated. They want you to come on the team, already knowing everything.
