Regarding salary, please know that our Total Rewards team consistently benchmarks our salary and benefits packages to ensure we’re aligned with markets and industry. We believe SCJ is stronger as a team when we can work together in-person.
Related to development and performance ratings, we have a robust performance management process that includes an annual cycle of setting goals, frequent communications with managers to track progress, performance discussions against individual development plans, mid-year and end-year review against goals and more. We encourage consistent communication between managers and their team members to ensure clarity in how performance is tracked and trending throughout the year.
