Vantaggi

_One of the key players in FMCG _Family company = people are nice, like to have fun and laugh _You learn a great deal about all kinds of product-related codes (EAN, SKU, PCS, OUTER, etc.) and about configurations of products (they usually come in a 12-case or a 6-case)

Svantaggi

_Your work may be recognized, but not rewarded _Do not expect to be trained beyond what is operationally needed from you _As an intern you should not expect to be ever hired (whether in marketing, sales or trade) _Intern contract are renewed 3x with a dismal salary increase on the 3rd renewal _Internal communications truly suck. You will know everything before it's officially communicated and that goes from company-wide comms to individual news. _Work at a junior level is purely operational. Do not expect to do any SWOT or brainstorming. Instead you will be coordinating activities between R&D, legal and local markets. _You will learn a lot about logistics, but very little about true marketing

Vantaggi

You will not be bothered by people talking to you, benefits seem okay.

Svantaggi

Don’t expect to be trained on anything. Management will expect you to figure things out on your own, request your own accesses and figure out what you need without any guidance. They’ll send people to you for questions on how to do stuff within your first couple days, not having taught you how to do those things.
