Those individuals are now leaving the company. They are frustrated and defeated because leadership doesn't value their need for positive change. Leadership wants employees that don't question any of their demands. - Strategies are built, but projects are put on hold for the latest fire a leader has. It's busy work to help leadership win their political battle amongst their peers. - There are no action plans for exit interviews, employee opinion survey or any other surveys conducted this past year.
