You need to develop software without requirements/specification just on the basis some stupid idea given by CEO on weekly meetings you will need to develop a fully functional highly configured software and you will be humiliated if you didn't meet the customers satisfaction As no process is followes in company nobody knows what to do B.A. need to think about coding and technical challenges developer need to understand complete business domain so they develop software without B.A.'s help Q.A. team always get 2 days(Saturday + Sunday) time to complete their complete testing And I.T. team needs to work as DevOps Even h.r. team needs to work day and night as employee turnover rates is very high.
