Been at this company for a little over 3 years, and while I was skeptical at first, it actually turned out to be my dream job. Once the company figured out what it's really good at, it's been able to take over their biggest competitors, and are now positioned as the #1 OT security company in the industry. Overall a talented team that empowers their workers and lets them grow.

Took a while to adjust to the fast-paced startup life, but as an adrenaline junkie it has grown on me. Very little not to like about this org. If there is anything I feel isn't right, I communicate with my manager and it gets taken care of. Pretty rare these days.

Transparent about company progress and nice colleagues

Not much room for growth and most of the management are not the right fit for their positions. Company struggles to scale with talent and product as falling behind job market and competition. There isn't much of a company culture besides bi weekly happy hours. They are falling way behind competition with the product and move to slowly to make the right decisions.
