SCATR works on interesting and critical problems and the people who do that work are very impressive. I have been given opportunities and been exposed to technical understanding here that I couldn't imagine a year ago having been enabled by an environment of highly skilled and helpful coworkers.

It's a young company and as such the procedures by which anything occurs are still being solidified.

The people are nice The product is really interesting

Poor communication from management The company doesn't seem to know where its going
