Worked at SCI several years and was "told" I was an exceptional employee. Raises (if they happened) were low and insulting; revolving door with employees and management in certain departments, no communication amongst managers resulting in employees not knowing what to do and if they did something would be punished. Have to be higher up management to get raises or bonuses and treated human, not allowed to speak your opinion if it doesn't match a manager's, unfulfilled promises, unfair treatment.

Attualmente sono un Location Manager con una grande casa funeraria a Houston. Adoro ciò che riguarda la SCI e il modo in cui trattano i propri dipendenti

*Upper management and other fellow employees told on day 1 they can’t keep people in this position. I found out why 15 minutes prior to clocking out. The following days got worse. *Toxic work environment. Everyone argues daily and points the finger. You hear “it’s not my job” all the time. *Low pay *It’s Feb 27th 2025 and I’m still waiting to be paid for work I did in January. Called HR/ payroll multiple times, each time it’s a different excuse. Now I’m being told I’ll have it for sure on March 1st.
