Very hard to get salary increment too. - Micro-management is high, controlling environment. - Limited opportunity to exercise independent or critical thinking. Work is usually directive, repetitive and task-based. - Biased treatment of staff with no justification. If management does not like you from the get-go, you will have a hard time. - You can be shifted around branches across Singapore and have no say in it.
