1. Senior staff needs management skills training, coaching on how to be honest and professional in a workplace 2. Strategic planning does not exist at this organization 3. Accountability to CEO is non-existent 4. Staff are treated very poorly and much differently than senior staff 5. There is no designated HR department so if you have an issue, you are out of luck 6. The benefits are pathetic - no health insurance for dependents is just one of the problems 7. The office building is in horrible condition-looks more like a storage space than an office 8. Technology used is outdated 9. Lacking diversity and no intentions to improve this
