It's a job where one is over worked and under paid. Management as I have seen are not people of color, no let me correct that, once I did see a person of color in a leadership position or role. Even having prior military experience in a leadership role will not get you an interview for the position. It's fun watching the position being created then remove when a non-white leaves.
