      Over promised and under deliver management. Unrealistic expectations and poor structure SOP. A place whereby opinion and concern is not heard by tenured line manager who doesn’t seem to realise the problem. Do prepare to take on lots responsibility outside your JD as manager will change JD from time to time to irrelevant scope that you do not have experience at all by telling you “it’s good for your portfolio” but will judge you if you underperform. Staff who can perform tend to do more while those who can’t get away with it. Typical poor management way of handling

      If you like working with your hands and you like the blue collar life style, screen is great. Alot of travel but that's standard in this industry and you can benefit from it personally.

      You will be working and you need to learn fast, if not you'll be stuck on night till they don't need you anymore

      Its a Japanese company thus no fix rules for US branch office. Managers made up regulations based on which side of the bed he/she woke up. This means also lots of freedom if one does not step over red line. Especially, if you are manager's Eddie boy.

      Low salary, no stock options, no much benefits, manager treat employees very rude, HR has no power, non-talent person(s) got promoted, no future to step up
