They hire mostly young Gen Z employees, not because they value fresh ideas, but because they know they can underpay and overwork them. The company thrives on burnout, barely provides any meaningful mentorship or career growth, and constantly pressures staff to “hustle” without fair compensation. Diversity and inclusion? Pure performative fluff. Leadership is out of touch, cliquey, and tone-deaf, often making inappropriate jokes and brushing off serious concerns. HR is useless unless you’re part of the inner circle. If you’re looking for a place that respects your time, values your voice, or even pays you a livable wage—run. Ohh!! And The company just fired over 15 people in the space of one week.
