We are the outliers of the company doing environmental due diligence work in a company primarily focused on landfills. This means our office in particular is slower to grow than some of the other branches in the company. Worst part of scs I’ve identified is no maternity or paternity leave, just personal time off accrual. Most women end up taking part time disability insurance and take temporary leave.
