At times, it felt like hiring decisions in Colombia were driven primarily by cost considerations, which may impact how employees feel valued. If you choose to work here, be prepared for unclear organizational communication and limited transparency. There do not appear to be well-defined salary ranges, which can lead to noticeable differences in compensation among people in similar roles, without clear justification.
