The company is growing, which creates opportunities for advancement and leadership roles. Compensated very well.

SDBotox has had a successful upwards trajectory in so many aspects. Management has shifted over the last few years and it is truly become a happy and successful work environment. Each location/department will have its own feel. These reviews are not a one-size-fits-all. It depends what type of position you get! Like any place, there will ALWAYS be some things to improve on (ill list below] but SD Botox is the place people are seemingly fighting to be at! I truly enjoy coming into my job every day! PROS -Company is constantly expanding -The fun employees -The fun/professional balance -Good pay -Fun bosses -Pretty/newly remodeled environments -HUGE discounts/free services -Fulfilling to know we are with some of the most skilled providers in SD -The quality of their work truly is great and worth it

-Some managers could use more training on back-end processes to better serve their employees and answer their employees questions instead of relying on the upper management to answer
