      You can learn a lot about hospitality software such as Aloha. On time raises for employees. You can move up if you like to suck up and be phony.

      Employees do not go on lunch on time, sometimes 6-8 hours after shift. Some help desk employees talk behind each other back and smile in your face. There is a bit of a negative aurora within the office. You have to fight for days requested off and the 24/7 operations means you're schedule will likely change not in your favor. Benefits packages are high. Employees do not show up to work on the daily and are still employed.
