Poorly organised onboarding, toxic management, empty promises. Since a work buddy did not really helped, I reached out to my other co-workers for help, best-practise tips, etc and I got criticised for it. I was said to please not distract my co workers. When i started to finally work with clients and i dared to ask for help for a certain process which i learned 8 weeks ago I would get the answer "You should know that" and had to help myself. I was not allowed to take over clients for 2 months and then later complain that I would not make any progress. After some weeks I tried to clarify that I really want to succeed here, asked for support and what can I do better as I had the feeling I get kicked soon. I was calmed down then and that for sure I get not kicked.... A few days before my probation period ended I got kicked with reasons like "Your eyes are wandering when someone explains something" (Completely interpretion of my behavior) and that I picked up things very late. For your info: I overachieved my first month with 125 % and also did everything else which was asked from me. My onboarding test i solved with 95% . Important meetings (sales-forcast, pipeline review) got cancelled regularly, high pressure from week one, very negative and often rude communication, almost never motivating words, only searching for mistakes. I have left a safe working place for this company...
