      Working flexibility should be improved. Also, some managers want to impose things ratter than discuss and be people oriented. Sounds weird for a country that is socialist at its base, but this is the true.

      They put out their job advertisement in english but only hire Swedes or people who know swedish. Honestly in 2025 everyone in such institution knows english so their requirement doesn’t make any sense. They obviously discriminate against expats. If you email them in english enquiring about a role role, they’ll just ignore you. Ever heard about diversity and inclusion, SEB? Why bother to write advertisement in english at all?
