No real pay transparency and I feel pay is significantly below direct local competitors. The range here seems to be within $60k-$90k. Acuity, an hour away, has a range of $75k-$145k. At the end of the day, everyone works for a paycheck. While I think the entire compensation package needs to be reviewed when making an employment decision, the pay gap is significant, and you feel the crunch even more given the current economy. Vacation starts out low (13 days) and takes a decade to get to 20 days. Again, many competitors will start at 20+.
