      The Sydney office is a nightmare for mental health. It’s perpetually noisy, with salespeople crammed next to software engineers, creating a chaotic environment that makes focusing impossible. Trying to do any meaningful work feels like a joke. To top it off, they insist on being in the office for 2.5 days a week, adding even more stress to an already unbearable situation.
