Great company but stronger management needed - Recensione dipendente - CX Manager presso SEEK

Middle management can have a very narrow minded view about long term goals (which don't match the company vision) They also don't assume positive intent towards staff and don't make an effort to invest in people. E.g. There's allocated budget for each employee but when I asked about courses they were interested in, management quickly shut it down. I found 1 persons approach very mincromanagy - this is unfortunate as the rest of the company is quiet open minded and progressive.
