-Pay is pretty competitive for the required skills and the location -Company culture is really important to them and it shows -The management is great, some of the best people I've ever worked for -The health insurance policy is good -Company is small so your voice really matters here -NEVER a dull moment working in logistics.. don't worry you won't be bored! -Everyone who works there is great, awesome people and fun to work with. -I always felt like I could really be myself here and didn't need to pretend to be a worker drone.

I don't have any negatives to share. The only thing I could consider is their current PTO policy feels too restrictive for me - but I have family in three other states so a lot of PTO is more important to me than it might be for others. And can't even honestly say the PTO policy is bad because they have plans to improve it and potentially move to discretionary PTO at some point. Which is just another great thing about this company is that they listen to what their employees want and really take their opinions and wants into consideration.

SEND values the employees and regularly gives us kudos knowing that our collective hard work is what keeps the company going. While everyone has their individual roles, being part of a team and the support that comes with that is experienced every day. Employees are encouraged to speak their minds and opinions are always valued and considered. This was further reiterated when they decided to become employee-owned proving that they care as much about our future success as they do about our day-to-day accomplishments. As an added bonus, SEND is big family with a very social and accepting culture.

If there's a con to mention it's the amount of PTO employees receive. Since it covers both vacation and sick days, there's a tendency by some to come into the office when ill rather than use a precious day off.
