      Nice people, easygoing environment, a kitchen usually stocked with snacks and sparkling water, very cool building and open office.

      Svantaggi

      They will overload you until you start making mistakes then blame you even when you've told them you're overloaded. They pay lower salary than other places for the role. Duties can shift in the drop of a hat. Owner is very disconnected from the business but still is involved day to day.

      If there's one thing that management is looking for, I'd say it's initiative. In this industry, creativity is common, skills can be honed, experience can come later, but you have to have the initiative to put your ideas into action and tell management exactly what you need from them.
